Course Description
The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) is a best practice IT Service Management frame work developed by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in the UK government.
It has been developed in collaboration with leading industry experts, consultants and practitioners over the last 20 years. Since its launch, ITIL® has been widely accepted throughout the world. It is now seen as the de facto standard for Best Practice in IT Service Management.

This course is instructor-led with limited class size.
Participants undertake practical activities to ensure understanding of concepts and terminology.
The course includes the ITIL® Foundation Exam, a simulation to reinforce the learnings and a practical workshop on the implementation of IT Service Management.
Examination
The Exam is closed book, comprises 40 multiple choice questions and has to be completed in 1 hour. The pass mark is 65%.
