It has been developed in collaboration with leading industry experts, consultants and practitioners over the last 20 years. Since its launch, ITIL has been widely accepted through out the world. It is now seen as the de facto standard for Best Practice in IT Service Management. Course StructureThis is an 'Exam only' option. ExaminationThe exam comprises 8 multiple-choice, scenario-based, gradient scored questions. A pass mark of 28/40 or 70% is required to successfully pass the closed-book exam.
